Each month’s spread includes mouth-watering photography (photographed by North Carolina native Bryan Regan) and stories from locally renowned restaurants in NC Public Power communities from Boone to Windsor.

A recent shoot for Men's Fitness Magazine. In every issue there is a feature called Success Story where they showcase a reader that has lost a substantial amount of weight. I got to photograph Sean Harrison of Ironcore Fitness in Greenville NC.
Tech Spec's. - Profoto 1200,600. I tried the ringflash but it flattened out all the muscle and definition. Soft front fill, with hard side and back light.

A recent shoot for Family Circle Magazine. The story was about a teen girl who cultivated a once neglected piece of property into the Chapel Hill High School Community Garden. The final image that ran was the big one, top left. After I shot it, I knew I had the shot but I always like to supply the photo editor a ton of options.
