Got to make a living
Not the most creative work, but it pays the bills. I spent more time retouching than shooting. The building never get any direct sun this time of year and the client didn't want a dusk or dawn shot.
Did you try adjusting the white balance for the face of the building (likely the most important part of the photo)? It makes the whole thing look brighter and lighter. It lowers the richness of the sky's blue, but that's easy enough to restore on its own....
I'm a full time working commercial/advertising photographer. This is a place to show and talk about the boring, sometimes exciting world of commercial photography. Hopefully this will be more a behind the scenes look at images that I create.
